Roll-Off Driver Positions
We’re seeking skilled roll-off drivers to become integral members of our operations. As a roll-off driver, your responsibilities will include:
- Transportation of Materials: Safely hauling construction materials, waste, and compactors from high-capacity construction sites, as well as commercial and industrial locations.
- Service Deliveries: Executing assigned tasks related to dumpster service deliveries and managing roll-off routes efficiently.
- Vehicle Operation: Regularly mounting and dismounting heavy trucks throughout the workday, ensuring adherence to safety protocols.
Position Requirements:
- Navigation Skills: Ability to maneuver vehicles in crowded and confined areas within both urban and suburban settings.
- Proficient Backing Skills: A significant portion of service involves reversing; thus, strong backing skills are essential.
- Physical Stamina: Capability to climb in and out of the truck cab, ascend onto containers to adjust loads, and secure tarps for transport.
- Physical Strength: Ability to push, pull, bend, and lift weights ranging from 50 to 75 pounds.
- Weather Adaptability: Willingness to work in various weather conditions, including extreme heat, cold, wet, and dry environments.
- Clean Driving Record: A safe and clean driving history is mandatory.
- Communication Skills: Effective interaction with customers and dispatch personnel is crucial.
- Regulatory Compliance: Adherence to local, state, and federal transportation laws, as well as company policies and procedures.
- Availability: Flexibility to work on weekends and holidays as needed.
- Technical Proficiency: Ability to read and interpret maps or GPS devices, complete daily driving reports, and conduct pre and post-trip inspections.
Job Description:
- Operate a Hook Lift roll-off truck safely.
- Coordinate daily hauls with dispatch.
- Deliver exceptional customer service at each job site.
- Manage the pickup, delivery, relocation, and dumping of roll-off containers.
- Maintain a clean driving record.
- Be available for weekend shifts.
- Clock in by 4:30 am, Monday through Friday, and by 5:30 am on Saturdays.
- Document all assigned routes daily.
- Keep an updated truck maintenance log.
- Perform routine checks on all fluids, tires, and refuel the truck at the end of each shift.
Qualifications:
- Possession of a Class A or B CDL with a valid air brakes endorsement applicable in Texas.
- Minimum age of 21 years.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States.
- Current medical certification and a clean driving record.
- At least one year of experience operating a vehicle requiring a CDL within the past seven years.
- Proficiency in English sufficient to understand traffic signs, respond to inquiries, complete reports accurately, and communicate effectively with customers and dispatch.
- Ability to meet the physical demands of the job, with or without reasonable accommodations.
- Successful completion of pre-employment drug screening, background checks, and vehicle record evaluations.
- Capacity to work independently with minimal supervision.
Experience:
- Relevant experience: 2 years (preferred).
- Truck driving/roll-off experience: 2 years (preferred).

Compensation and Benefits:
- Pay Frequency: Weekly.
- Job Type: Full-time.
- Salary: $1,200.00 – $2,200.00 per week; $22.00/hr plus. Opportunities for over 55 hours per week are available, with most drivers averaging over 60 hours, including driving and truck maintenance.
- Benefits: Dental insurance, health insurance, and paid time off.
- Schedule: 10-hour shifts.
